COURSE DESCRIBUTION
This physical education course is designed to promote lifelong health ,fitness , and well being through active participation in a variety of physical activities. students will develop fundamental motor skils ,improve cardiovascular fitness ,muscular strength and endurance , and flexibility , and gain knowledge of health-related fitness principles. Emphasis will be placed on teamwork ,sportmanship ,strategic thinking , and the develoment of positive attitude toward physical activity . This course help students to make informed decisions about their health and engage in regular physical activity throughout their lives.
